this place blows big time This is such a dump. The mgmt is so clueless that things are always falling apart. They fired the 3rd super in less than 2 yrs and they are clearly struggling. Parking is a mess (office response:"Not our problem") and the surroundings are seedy and decrepit.

Not all so bad I was living there and it was a decent one. Top priority if you work in NYC is location and this does not require park & ride. And returned the deposit amount. Close to walmart and other NJ groceries.

really bad these guys just don't have their act together and are very snooty to boot. the office is NEVER open and if you need maintenance, the answer is generally "oh, we are not responsible for that". Also watch out: the back of the building is over a very noisy local bar. I

Great place to live, BUT...... I've been here for about three years now. The complex is very well maintained, very clean and the people are nice. The only issue I have is with parking. The tenants in the complex have a hard time telling their guests' to park in the back or on the street.
