I ve been living in Center Grove village for about a year and the hole experience has been a NIGHTMARE. The neighbors above my apt, are loud and between the constant banging around and screams from the various small children upstairs it makes it nearly impossible to sleep and work from home. The management office is EXTREMLY NOSEY and makes it a constant effort to even find out who my guests are, despite always getting their rent on time! The paint on the bathroom wall began peeling off 6 months after I moved in, When it snows the steps and sidewalk are COVERED IN ICE and the parking is horrendous. Some tenants are forced to have to carry groceries through a court yard or park their automobiles behind the building, subjecting individuals to walk on a poorly lit path. Also, if you park your car in front of your apt you could get a 60.00 ticket from the local police, yet there is no sign saying that doing so is an infraction. Also let me add that the management waited to turn the heat on till November 1st forcing me to use a space heater due to the cold weather in October. Prior to moving in I looked at some of the previous posts but dispelled what I read as hear say or someone who may have had a bad experience. I should have believed what I read. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID DO NOT MOVE HERE ..SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE!
