not bad in NJ

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
I say it is not too bad, only because it is in NJ. The housing manager is very rude (typical here) and has to be dealt as such.
But the apartment is decent. Very spacious. Enough heat. Good lay out, so you have fresh air if windows are open and enouigh sun shine.
