After visiting this community as a prospect and having known people who have lived here I must say that I have never encountered such appauling behavior from a leasing agent/manager. ------ is rude, unprofessional and should be thanking the higher powers that be that she still has a job.
If you dare to show up inquiring about availability for these apartments, you will be rudely greeted and basically turned away if she feels you don't "fit the profile" of who she wants living at the community.
------, try educating yourself on the Fair Housing laws before you get yourself and your company heavily fined and you find yourself on the unemployment line. You never know who will be stopping by to "look for an apartment". You are a liability and the sooner your main office realizes this, the better off everyone will be.
Overall, I think the apartments themselves are decent for the price and the age. Maintenance is professional and competent. If you can get past ------ and move in you will probably be satisfied with the community. I have a feeling that ------ will not be a problem much longer unless by some miracle she receives a much needed personality transplant:) gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7

I've been living at Center Grove Village for 2 years. ------ has always been very fair, friendly and extremely professional. She deals with alot strange people,probably like you and sometimes may come off as being abrupt but I think it's because she has a lot on her plate. She's been working here for a long time and I'm sure her boss knows what a great lady she is and what a great job she does and I don't think that comments like yours are going to get her fired any time soon. Nice response ------! They're getting a bit overused though, maybe you should come up with something a bit different. Dealing with "strange people" and having a lot on your plate is no excuse for being ignorant where federal housing laws are concerned. And certainly no excuse for being rude and unprofessional. As far as upper management, be careful. You think you're not being watched, you are and you will be severely reprimanded for your gross disregard of the Fair Housing laws. Read a book ------ and learn something. Stay off of this website and start treating people with respect.
