Great apartment... possibly the best!

I've been living in this apartment for the past 3 years. Its absolutely great! The area is stunning, perfect landscaping, and the maintainence workers do a good job. However, the apartments are old and there have been a couple of power outages. I've also experienced bathroom leaks, but they always fix it on time! Incredibly responsive service.
Now, a problem you might have is the neighbors; I had a friend who got continuous complaints and had to leave the apartment because of noise and guests. However, I've had no problems; my neighbors mind their own business; so that factor depends on luck, I guess.
The location is amazing, County College is right down the street, the shopping complex is a walking distance away, there is a dentist/doctor/phsycian office across the street, a couple of banks around the area, restaurants etc. For the location/convenience this apartment should cost way more... its a great value compared to other parts of New Jersey.
There are a couple of sore points, the soundproofing could be better; you'll hear all kinds of thuds and heater noise in the bedroom (maybe just my apt''), but nothing too disturbing. There is also almost no way to get in to the apartments other than a realtor (I payed $1000 commision to a realtor to get in here three years ago). Unfortunately, I'm leaving this apartment because of a job relocation... I really don't want to, because I don't think there is any other apartment like this in Northern NJ.
