Stinks for the price

The apartment didn't have any carpeting but that was the least of the problems. The light fixtures were so old that the bulb had to be taken out with pliers. Then we didn't have any hot water because the water pressure was acting up. When we confronted the landlord he just told us "That's just the way it is. When i woke up I didn't have any heat" He also proceded to make a racist comment to my husband. This apartment complex was a total nightmare... and an expensive one may i add.
