This place is the worst apartment complex in North America. The roaches are plentiful and no amount of raid, bombs, etc will knock them down. After school, there are young gang bangers dodging the police, not to mention the wife-beatings and bottle throwing sideshows on weekends. Oh, and you will know how loud car sterios can be blasted as you hear the latest hip-hop and Tejano hits-generally at night. Sooner or later there will be a murder or rape here: it's that bad.

Management is beyond lax, comatose is more like it... The buildings are literally falling apart from neglect. The hot water pressure is pathetic, and no control over the heat: it's either blazing or not working at all. No carpets and dated 1960s amenities. On top of the roaches, it also seems that there are at least mice, if not rats.

I've left the Quaker Gardens for better quarters. Thank-God!
