Well, now I know where the saying "roach motel" came from. This place is by far the WORST place I ever lived in. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

For starters, it's run by in my opinion an incompetent old man who can't even move let alone run a place like this. You go to complain about something broken/in need of repair and he blows you off. Then, you go back a second time and on a good day, he'll yell at you.. On a bad day, he will threaten to throw you out. No lie.

It's just crawling with roaches, especially in the springtime, and when we complained about that, he just told us that there was nothing they could do about that, because they are coming in from another apartment around us. Okay, that right there is a health violation. The maintenance people don't know what they are doing and don't seem to understand english at all. In fact, they even did an awful job painting the place! Even the doors in the apartment were painted! I'm no contractor, and I even I could have done a better job.

There was mold everywhere, including the kitchen, health violation number 2. The masonry outside was just a complete joke as the railings literally fell off due to some punk kids destroying them, and of course they didn't bother to repair them. Why should they' It costs money to fix things.

There were just clumps upon clumps of caulk all around the kitchen counter. And don't get me started about the tenants, most of which either blast music all the time, or are just plan drug dealers and gang members. Cops frequent that place on an hourly basis. In fact, they should move their headquarters in there!

The town of Randolph has to seriously wake up and do something about all this, it is just plain ridiculous that a place like this exists in the town of Randolph. And whoever owns this place needs to be sued plain and simple, whoever he is. The stuperintendant refused to give us any information on contacting him or even tell us who he was. Hmmmm, that right there is also illegal.

Luckily though, we actually did get our security deposit back after we moved out of this hellhole. I guess hearing the "L" word coming out of my mouth scared them. And by the "L" word, I mean "Lawyer."

So I say once again, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

Yes, it is that bad!
