I talked to 2 nice people here who had no problems with the place, then called the manager for a tour. He sounded crotchety and nasty, and that ended that. If you can't talk to the manager and have him be nice to a stranger on the phone, how can I expect something different once I move in? Apparently I didn't miss anything.
