I live at Quaker Village for 5 years these apts are great nice place to raise your kids. the super's do good work and the manager MR.PETE is a good manager he is not nasty or rude like others claim he is. i would defenitly recommened quaker village to live.

This is definitely a bogus posting for Quaker Village. I lived there for 2 miserable years, and it was everything that every negative posting says it is. First off, Pete "the manager" is the rudest, nastiest, filthy old man you ever will meet. He went so far as to ask me one day how my sex life with my husband was when I simply went in to pay my rent. Now lets talk about the ROACHES. Yes I said ROACHES. I have never ever ever ever had roaches in any place I have ever lived. When we first moved in, I realized that this place was infested. I went straight to Home Depot and bought 3 boxes of foggers, boric acid, and anything else I could find to try to kill them. I fogged the apartment about 7 times in my 2 years, and I still never got rid of them. I won't continue on in this response about the fights, drugs, vandalism, Pete's delinquent grandchildren(yeah that's another issue) and the many other reasons not to live in Quaker Village. For $50 more you can move to Gateways and have a nice apartment, roach free, and with a competent staff that isn't 800 years old and sex-crazed.

^^ to the dumb ----- up there. Mr.pete has been dead for many years now. and his "delinquent" grandchildren are mainly adults now. as i know 3 of them are. The staff is very nice and respectful and its located next to an elementry school "walking distance", there are many stores avaliable with in walking distance. there is nj transit bus stop located at both enterences. Its the ------- and dirty people that cause the roaches. The problem is no longer there and there hasnt been any issues involving cops or such sort. I find nothing wrong with this apartment complex. thank you have a good day!
