This is the best apartment complex I have seen The rooms are bigger then The other's the management is very friendly and outgoing. They never give me a Hard time when you have a complaint.

Repairs are handled usually within a day, the landscaping can look a little better but it looks good. Something that is very scarce in the surrounding complexes. I always see the maintenance guys working to around the complex as well.when it Snows removal is handled great.
as for noise The management doesn't put up with that type of behavior here, which is good about this complex.

I can't believe all the negative reviews I have read about this complex They must be people either writing about the wrong complex or people from other apartment complexes trying to talk ---- about it so people won't move into Quaker Village.
so anyone looking for an apartment dont go by what you read or hear about quaker apartments go and see for yourself, beleive me its not true

This is definitely a bogus posting for Quaker Village. I lived there for 2 miserable years, and it was everything that every negative posting says it is. First off, Pete "the manager" is the rudest, nastiest, filthy old man you ever will meet. He went so far as to ask me one day how my sex life with my husband was when I simply went in to pay my rent. Now lets talk about the ROACHES. Yes I said ROACHES. I have never ever ever ever had roaches in any place I have ever lived. When we first moved in, I realized that this place was infested. I went straight to Home Depot and bought 3 boxes of foggers, boric acid, and anything else I could find to try to kill them. I fogged the apartment about 7 times in my 2 years, and I still never got rid of them. I won't continue on in this response about the fights, drugs, vandalism, Pete's delinquent grandchildren(yeah that's another issue) and the many other reasons not to live in Quaker Village. For $50 more you can move to Gateways and have a nice apartment, roach free, and with a competent staff that isn't 800 years old and sex-crazed.
