Could Not Believe My Eyes

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 1999
I lived here 40 years ago and it was beautiful, except for the ocnstruction - but we all thought it would be worth it. Well, I'm selling my house and thought I would move back to Quaker Village. I took a ride through. First, no pool as they said there would be (40 years ago). The sights I saw driving around the parking lots was unbelievable. Clothing hanging over balconies. The whole place was a disgrace. Would never admit I ever lived there.
