Nice, Quiet Place BUT Expensive & No Support

PROS: Randolph Village is a nicely kept, quiet apartment complex. They provide a good amount of parking, a/c, heat & hot water included.
CONS: A little pricey $925 for a one bedroom.
Seems that little repairs get done, our front step was broken for about 3 months before they fixed it. They would not replace front light bulb. So, I replaced it myself figuring that a broken step and no light could be bad. I saved them from a nice lawsuit there. There is no communication from the management whatsoever... if there are any problems with your rent they will wait until they are taking you to court before notifying you that ther is a problem.
