I moved in this apartment two year ago. I can not wait until I get out. I never deal with people like this( old guy) before.
Every time you complain for maintaince they never come but when yiu called the old guy tell you You broke it.
You can never have hot water to take shower. When you complain he will tell you that the way it is.
Every time when you talk to manager he does not know what he talking about you never know when he will yeild at you.

This is not Randolph Village. They are talking about Quaker Village which has the nasty old man not taking care of that place. People keep confusing Randolph Village with Quaker Village and Please don't get them mixed up.

Oh yes this person is talking about Quaker Village. I have heard many stories about that old guy. Now I heard he died. Randolph Village has a young manager and he is very nice and always helpful.
