My husband & I have lived in apartments for many years & have always had pleasant experiences. This has been terrible. We absolutely can't wait to leave. The walls are paper thin & the neighbors are "less than desireble". The management is terrible..."if" you can get them to come to fix something, it breaks again (sometimes the same day). The rental agent is nasty. She walks around all day in these super high heels & giggles with the workmen but aside from that, she's useless.
Randolph is an expensive town & these apartments don't even deserve to be in the same town.

New management in 2005 and new rental agent. I can't belive any of it was ever true

THere is some noise of course. It's apartments!! but there isn't loud music or parties. It's just normal walking or sometimes people have company over. Who cares?? Everyone should enjoy there home.
