Rude and Loud Neighbors - "Nyseys"

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
Your neighbors will be rude, inconsiderate and make unnecessary noise and disturbances just to disturbe you. Stomping, banging, and vacuuming their walls to ensure the noise is louder. Don't bother to complain to the management, they will say they can not do anything. Complain to your neighbor and it will turn into a racial thing.
