I have lived here for 5 years alot longer than anyone has on this poll. The management used to be great, but good luck trying to get something fixed. I have been waiting for more than 6 months to have something repaired. The only way you get things done is writing to the manager in Parsippany, then it gets done. Becareful when it snows, you might get lucky and have a lawsuit on your hands b/c they do not clean ANYTHING! especially ICE. I am currently looking elsewhere b/c the rent is too much and the maintenance is horrible. Oh, yeah, and don't forget when they do come to your apartment they come whenever they want if your home or not, they says its in the lease, I think its BS!!! qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

You,ve lived here for 5 years and think it got worse? Are you blind!! I have never seen this much done in this place in the three years I've been here. Since Jan of 2005 the Staff has improved greatly.It normally takes time for New Management to change any job. They have been great already and I'm sure it will only get better!!

I see these guys that work here busting their butts when it snows. I feel so sorry for them. It wouldn't hurt for some of these people to grab a shovel themselves. Some of these storms are bad and they are just trying to keep up. I have lived here for years and when I call the repairs are done the same day or the very next day.
