This was a high contender for me. I walked around and interviewed people who were walking around on the weekends. One nice mother had no problems, but said she could here the woman above her walking around, and said the woman put carpets down to lessen that. One 30-something young man said it was noisy (on both sides of him), said things weren't repaired quickly, and said the apartments were drafty. Other people who'd lived nearby said this place was well known for its loud music. The office staff wasn't there on the weekends (except by appt only). I worked until 5...and with the details other people gave me, passed this place by.

That's funny!!! Repairs are done as soon as they are received. All the apartment have new windows and doors so how drafty can they be. As far as noise, no complaints.

There is always noise in an apartment complex. Is it excessive? no, not by a long shot... Loosen up.

How can you judge something you have never been apart of? I love the apartments, maybe you came by on an off day!
