We have lived here since 2001. Maintenance has always been good but within the last year it has improved greatly. In past years, response time was slow when it came to snow removal. Again, with the new management this has also improved. Recently the light fixtures outside each apt were replaced. This may have been the most efficent and economical way to conserve energy but it is not the "brightest" solution. The lighting in the parking lot is an issue, there is none. Noise is a given when you live in an apt. Management does do a good job keeping tenants with children in different areas in order to help minimize the noise level for those single residents. The laundry facilities is also an area that could use some attention. There are not enough washers and dryers in each area to service the tenants that use them. It would be nice if there was a change machine since the machines only take quarters. As far as quality of the apt comes, it is a good value for the size of the rooms and the service you get from management. Each year when our lease is coming due, we attempted to locate another apt that was better. Every year we were unable to find any other place in Morris County that compared to the price, quality and service that we have received here. This is a very good place to live and we would recommend it to anyone.
