This is the best apartment complex I have seen so far. The management is very friendly and outgoing. They never give off the impression that you are "bothering" them when you have a complaint.

Repairs are handled usually within a day, the landscaping is nice and they actually have trees around. Something that is very scarce in the surrounding complexes. I always see maintenance people working to improve the complex as well. Snow removal is also handled great here.

As for noise goes, this IS an apartment complex, you have to expect a little noise now and then.

The only real problem we had was this group of deviant kids living across from our building. They would be loud at night, throw things, and set off firecrackers every now and then. However, after a couple of complaints, they were evicted. The management doesn't put up with that type of behavior here, which is another thing I love about this complex.

I can't believe all the negative reviews I have read on this site. They must be people either writing about the wrong complex (see quaker), or people from other apartment complexes trying to discourage people from moving into here.

So once again, I HIGHLY recommend this complex to anyone looking for an apartment. You will not regret it.
