After looking at the 4 apartment complexes in that section of Randolph I have concluded that Randolph Village is without question the nicest. All of rooms were larger than all the others and the hardwood floors were an added bonus. The price is affordable and the grounds are kept very nice. Normally I would expect a few annoying neighbors, it is an apartment complex after all. In all the time I lived there the only noise I hear is when my upstairs neighbor walks down the stairs. This is no big deal. It's best attribute is that it is further up the hill and is away from the other apartment complexes.
I heard Gateway was supposed to be the "nicest" but that is only because they are more expensive. Don't be fooled by Gateway's fancy showroom, the apartments look nothing like it. They are much smaller and it feels like you live on top of your neighbors.

I am glad to answer your questions. I have been there almost a year so I do not know how much the rent increase will be. If it does go up, I won't complain because in all honesty, that will happen no matter where you live. When I moved in the rent for a one bedroom was $1085. That is the price still listed on their website. As for square footage, I couldn't tell you off hand but I can tell you it is rather big for a one bedroom apartment. The bedroom is more than suffice in size and all the rooms seem to be a bit oversized compared to the other Randolph apartments. I had two or 3 very minor issues when I first moved in when I needed to deal with the management office and on all 3 they were very receptive and quick to respond. After almost 1 year there, I would absolutely recommend Randolph Village as the best compared to all the Randolph complexes in that area. There website http://randolphvillage.com says there are no current offers but there are signs on the premises that say there are in fact rental specials going on.

I am thinking about moving to Randolph. Would you still recommend this place? How much is a small one bedroom and does the rent go up all of the time? Money is tight. What do you recommend? Any advice is very much appreciated!
