The manager here is currently giving a first month free incentive but with a 13-month lease. Is everyone getting a 13-month lease or just me' Thank you!

I took the offer. I figured, why not? What's an extra month when you're getting the first free.

I guess they changed the terms, when I signed up it was 12 mos, with one mos free. It doesn't really matter though, you're getting a free month :)
