Terrible neighbours

Years at this apartment: 2004-01-01 - 2007-01-01

The staff was always nice but neighbours always sucked. Lots of stray cats. Neighbours with dogs don't pick up dog waste. DRUG DEALERS. Gang graffiti in the area. Rent hikes. Neighbours leave trash in the lots. Abandoned cars. Loud geese. Goose waste. Black mold. Silverfish. Broken windows happen alot. Pool not always opened. Unusable tennis court. Laundry facilty unmaintained and barely usable. Seemed nice at first but took huge downturn couple of years ago.
