I wouldn't recommend this place to MY WORST ENEMY!!!!We live where there is limited parking for our two buildings. Many times I have come home to find NO parking because the jerks across the way from us insist on parking here instead of the lot allocated to their building. Walking distance is the same but they make it an inconvience to those of us who have limited spaces. They always have tons of open spots on their side. There are a TON of bugs. I have even had a friend come when I first moved in to professionally spray. They were here before me and they are still going strong. They do NOT maintain this place at all. In the winter I even fell on the ice because it was so bad. The laundry room is DISGUSTING. On the few times I had to use it I was completely sickened. Then we got our own set up. But they don't clean it in any way. Half the machines are broken. They do place tape on the broken dryers but I saw a tennant take it off to put his clothes in....because he said the heat from those around it would dry his clothes. What about the next guy'' The tennis courts and pool are completely unavailable. There are a few nice people. But from what I have seen there are also many drug addicts and they tend to cause alot of problems for other residents. They also say NO PETS but I see ALOT of people with pets....not to mention the "CURB YOUR DOG" signs everywhere. These people are so hypocritical. There have been a few thefts and break-ins. There was found BURGARLRY TOOLS hidden in the wooded area by our home.....crowbar, flashlight, hammer. Other neighbors have come home to their door WIDE open. There are many illegals here too but they don't seem to bother anyone. The office never has anyone there even at the scheduled times. Try calling to get them to fix anything and your gonna be up shits creek. I have heard you should call Little Ferry but we fix our own stuff instead. Last time they entered my apt for a broken window ....all they did was leave black grease handprints all over the blinds and they have yet to repair the window. You also hear noisey neighbors. Where I live it seems like no one knows how to close a door WITHOUT slamming it. I have had SEVERAL items break thanks to my "lovely" neighbors. And lets not forget the MOLD growing under the buildings. Even though we have state inspections...this is ignored. I am sure this is a major health hazard. Greased any palms lately McGuires''' IF YOU WANT TO LIVE IN HELL then McGuires is the place for you. I wish I had done research before coming here but upon our first look it seemed like a nice place to live. TRUST ME- STAY AWAY. In fact this place is looked down upon by many Middletown residents (as this is really Middletown- only Red Bank for mailing purposes) ......those in the school system have scrunched their noses up at us when they heard where we live. Those who live here are reguarded as WHITE TRASH.

I HAVE LIVED HERE 14 YEARS BUT IN THE PAST 4 YEARS THIS PLACE WENT TO THE DOGS CATS GEESE THE LEASE STATES ON PETS . BUT THERE ARE MANY DOGS HERE. THERE ARE CATS EVERYWHERE. YOU HAVE TO DODGE DOG AND GEESE CRAP IN THE PARKING LOT AND ON THE SIDEWALKS EVERY DAY.THE PROPERTY MANAGER PASSES THESE TENENTS WALKING THERE DOGS ERVEYDAY AND SAYS NOTHING TO THEM.THERE ARE PEOPLE THAT COME FROM THE OUTSIDE TO FEED THE 100S OF CATS THAT LIVE IN THE WOODS AND SEWERS OF MCGUIRES GROVE. THEY WANT THERE RENT PAID ON TIME BUT THEY DO NOTHING FOR THE TENENTS AND I MEAN NOTHING.THE WINDOWS SHOULD HAVE BEEN REPLACED 20 YEARS AGO THEY COME OUT OF THE FRAM WHEN YOU TRY TO OPEN THEM.THEY ARE DRAFTY AND WILL ADD 200 DOLLARS TO YOUR WINTERS HEATING BILL. I COULD GO ON AND ON BUT WHATS THE USE. IN SHORT IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO LIVE BECAUSE THIS PLACE SUCKS BIG TIME.P.S. BUT DONT BE LATE WITH YOUR RENT.
