I am sick of living here!!!!! I wish the new super and the office staff would stop putting nice review for the property. You can tell that it is the staff because one praises the new super about being so good, come on now you know you never fixed anything in one hour. The other review tells you how close you are to shopping and parking and how lovely it is, they are telling you the opposite of what is really happening, what are they doing trying to rent or get raises! This place was better a couple of years ago when they had a staff that cared. The problem is that one guy died, they ran off the leasing agent, and the super that was left to carry everything must of gotten sick of everything and left. Now we have a fat property manager that is never here and when he is ,is only driving around in his truck with a burger in his face. The new super is trying, but needs to try harder. I remember when the old guys use to pick up trash every morning and actually cleaned the laundry room. Try calling someone to get rid of the geese instead of promoting your so called pool opening and tennis courts that are chained shut so kids can play in the streets and get blamed for breaking stuff. I WISH THEY SPENT MORE TIME FIXING INSIDE THE COMPLEX INSTEAD OF JUST THE MAIN ENTRANCE!!! This place is like the sign in the front CRACKED!!!!!

AM THE SUPER AND I DON T NEED TO WRITE STUFF TO MAKE ME LOOK GOOD,AM JUST A SUPER WHO WORKS HARD AND DO WHAT I CAN TO MAKE THING RIGHT. SO FOR DOES WHO DISLIKE LIVING IN MCQUIRE GROVE, LEAVE.I KNOW WERE GETTING THE JOB DONE;LIKE FOR EXAMPLE EVERY APT. WE HAD IN 2008 TO GET READY,WE REPLACE ABOUT 75%OF THEM,AND FOR THOSE WHO NEEDS THING TO GET FIX, CALL THE MAIN OFFICE AND I WOULD MAKE SURE THE JOB GET DONE RIGHT, BUT IF U DONT CALL WE DON T KNOW ABOUT IT, WE CAN T FIX IT, CAUSE WE DONT KNOW ABOUT IT.IS THAT SIMPLE! AND FOR THAT FAT MANAGER, HE'S A GOOD MAN WHO ALSO WORKS HARD,JUST LOOK AROUND. I THINK THE PLACE LOOKS GREAT AND MOST PEOPLE AGREE WITH ME.AND IF U WANT TENNIS COURT AND PLAYGROUND FOR KIDS, U SHOULD ASK FOR IT, AND U MIGHT JUST GET IT!!!!!

TWO WORDS!!!!! SPELL CHECK!!!!! Thank You for calling your manager FAT. We did not have to this time.I geuss it is on your mind too, seeing him coming from Dunkin Douhnuts with a bagel and not bringing you one. I have a suggestion, do some work and stop asking the residents to open"YOUR" pool and tennis courts. Maybe if you stop worrying about this site something will get done!!! One more suggestion Proof read before submitting your responces!!!

LOL....if it was not the super who loaded the reviews then why are the supers on here looking for the reviews and why did they feel the need to respond?? Most mature people or 'supers' wouldn't bother responding unless they did in fact have something to hide...oh and the defensiveness just gives it alll away. If you catn lie and not get cornered then you should proabably just stay quiet :) or your going to blow the whistel on yourself...HA! oops you already did :) LOLOLOL
