I would like to tell you are new super is super! I don't usually write notes of this nature but he does deserve kudos. Tony is always right there when you're in need unlike the last Super. Whomever hired Tony should also be recognized for good insight on the hiring of this gentleman.

I enjoy rsiding here and I also appreciate the quiet neighbors.

I a presently having issues with my bathroom ceiling ane it is being dealt with to satisfaction in a timely manner.

3 things: #1-Never bash a person who is no longer around who can't defend what your saying, not everyone likes everyone and not everyone shares the same opinion as you do. I'm sure there are many who liked the old super and many who did not (you can't please eveyone). #2-"I also appreciate the quiet neighbors"?? are you kidding me!! I live in building 15 and I can hear the loud music coming from building 17 at all hours of the day and night. Put some batteries in your hearing aide pal!!! #3-Why is it that every entry that is saying good things about the new super always has a bathroom ceiling problem?? There are many entries with bathroom ceiling problems, I guess he hasn"t fixed it to satisfaction in a timely manner! There you have it, 3 reasons the same person should stop putting reviews on here. Let the super be the super, he's only as good as he's gonna be. I'm sure he will be fine without your 2 cents! and if your like me you might even consider throwing him a few bucks for christmas if you have that much faith in him!
