I have lived at Mc Guires Grove since 1986 never had any problems, great office team and also maintenance team. We enjoy living here.

We like the location and the size of the apartments and the washer & dryer hook-up. Very safe, clean, well maintained, easy parking, close to all local shopping centers and busses. We have great neighbors all around the complex.

This site is getting ridiculous. Why dont everyone just stop the BS and all the people that love it, stay and all the people who hate it so much then leave!!!.. Its worsre the children fighting. OMFG get a life and stop bashing and praising the place..MOVE ON!!!!!!!!!!!

Correct!! building 7 is where the rental office is. Of course it's gonna be looking great, since you have the two fruitcakes who are always "moeing", cutting, sweeping, watering, planting, and washing cars! (washing cars, we are not suppose to use the spickets outside are we?). ok lets get back to this disgusting developement we live in! I'm sick of seeing people saying how great this place is. look, things would be better if the CHUBBY property manager would take time out of his busy Dunkin Dounuts fueled ecstasy to make sure things were run right. I mean you need the jaws of life to rip him out of the shiny silver pick up he calls an office. You want to start complaining about something start from the top down, or in his case from the mouth to the stomach! Everytime you call the main office they give you the run around, I'm living here for along time and I'm still living with mold. It might not be the supers fault that he cant get things done, but he should stop running around tryting to open "his" pool or trying to get people to say goods things about him on this site! Yes this is a quite place depending on the building you live in, but it is certainly not the best place to live or the cleanest, or the best managed! But it seems like the two responses above were written by the people I was talking about above. I'm not goona take money out of my pocket or time out of my day to beautify this place, I pay enough rent for it to be done. Maybe if some people would stop washing their cars outside we wouldnt be paying such high rents!You can not threaten to call the main office because THEY DO NOT CARE!!!!!! They always give you a nasty attitude and never get things done for you. I read that somebody put in that hiring the new super was great and that the person that hired him did well. Well that proves my point, They never get things done JUST LOOK AT HIM !!!!!!!!!!

This one is really suspicious...First of all, the person says they have lived at McGuire's since 1986, but under "years lived at apartment" it says 1995 to 2008. Which is it? Then, they switch from using "I" to using "we".Again, which is it? Plus, Building 7 has sixteen apartments-one is the office, five are empty. That leaves ten. Out of the ten, eight are rented by singles, the other two are a family and a couple, or it may be another single. The only "we" is the family , or possibly the couple, and neither of them has lived here anywhere near that long. And has anyone besides me noticed that three of the suspiciously positive responses all say "gmail.com"? Funny, no MSN, no Yahoo, no AOL...Hmmmm.
