Great Apt for the money... We've lived here for a year and are moving out (relocating), but we have enjoyed the space and location. I think that each apt in this "development" varies in quality, renovation, upkeep and to some extent looks. So if there is more than one apt to check out in the terrace, definately look around. We have been very happy w/ our unit and couldn't believe the deal! Virtually all utilities are paid for - big plus! Walking distance to downtown and not too far from the train - great location - in a nice neaghborhood.
