I went during regular business hours and onsite staff was nowhere to be found. I walked the grounds looking for someone to help me as a potential tenant, and could find no one so I finally gave up. I called the phone number listed in an advertisement in the Asbury Park Press three times, left three voice mail messages, they never got back to me. Pretty screwy way to run a railroad if you ask me. On the plus side the buildings seem in good shape, nice charming old red brick, the grounds are nice and seem well maintained, and of course Red Bank is "New Jersey's Hippest Town" (ask any realtor!). All and all though, if the way I was treated is a valid example of what goes on there, stay away!
