I have lived at Mc Guires Grove since 1986 IN BLDG # 7 - I have lived at Mc Guires Grove since 1986 never had any problems, great office team and also maintenance team. We enjoy living here. We like the location and the size of the apartments and the washer & dryer hook-up. Very safe, clean, well maintained, easy parking, close to all local shopping centers and busses. I love the Middletown location I love Mddletown and the location of Mc Guires Grove. I espicially like having my own washer and dryer hook-up in my apartment. I would recommend Mc Guires Grove as a place to rent an apartment.

Very HAPPY Renewed Lease Twice
Since moving into Mc Guires I have been very happy. The Management staff is most helpful, maintenance is absolutely spectacular! I currently live in a lovely one bedroom with great closet space & I love the grounds. The building and grounds are quiet & clean.

Cant Recommend It... ...unless you are desperate. I never lived in McQuires Grove but lived in Middletown for almost 20 years so I learned the reputation and knew some people that did live there. Not to be elitist, but there are some dirtbags slobs with no regards to showing any consideration

Terrible neighbours The staff was always nice but neighbours always sucked. Lots of stray cats. Neighbours with dogs don't pick up dog waste. DRUG DEALERS. Gang graffiti in the area. Rent hikes. Neighbours leave trash in the lots. Abandoned cars. Loud geese. Goose waste. Black mold. Silverfish.

Enjoyed Living There I have been living here for the past 13 years and enjoyed it. When I needed to relocate, it was hard to find another living space that could compare to McGuire's. The maintenance and office staff are tremendous and extremely helpful. I will miss living here

Nice Place I have lived here for a number of years and enjoy the park like setting. I keep to myself, but the neighbors I have met seem very nice. I like to walk and there is plenty of open space here to take a nice long walks on the grounds. Also I can walk to the strip mall right next door
