Heater breaks down every two days This place is good to live as long as you dont need heat! Heater breaks down every two days...they fix it and it breaks again. and you have to sit in cold for hours until someone does something about it. Sucks!! Big time!! I would not recommend renting here...even

I like it Pros - I have been living at Maple Court for about a year now. Apartment staff is very helpful, they are always updating old machines and fixtures. Apartments are pretty quite, most of the people I see living here are old. Bus Stop is a block away.
