i lived here for a yr and can tell you several reasons why i don't any longer.

1. parking is horrible. there are assigned spaces-1 per apt. if u have a 2nd vehicle and park in a visitors spot,the manager will threaten to tow your vehicle. there are only 6 visitors spots in the whole complex.
2. no a/c or central air. you will burn up if you don't have atleast 3 window a/c units-which will cost you on your energy bill.
3. during the winter you will need plastic on the windows or you will freeze. the windows are so old and cold air leaks thru really bad.
4. the on site manager favors the tennant that lives next to her-she will let them not obey the rules of the lease while you have to as a tennant.
5. several illegal aliens living there. because she is hispanic,she has sympathy and allows more of them to occupy an apt than what the law allows.
6. no closet space-bedroom closets are very small.
7. old cabinets in small kitchen....no appliances,by that i mean no dish washer,washer/dryer.....nothing but a fridge.
8. bad infestation of bed bugs. i am a neat freak and couldn't keep them out of my apt because of the neighbors beneath me. the whole complex became infested because when people would throw out their infested furniture in the garbage,other residents would go trash picking and put it in their homes.
9. walls are not sound proof...you can hear your neighbors next to you or above/beneath you.
10. the maintenance guy is the manager's husband. he is responsible for the WHOLE complex by himself. a nice man...sometimes has his son help. but his wife is bother-some and unproffesional. she smokes a cigarette while giving apt tours....doesnt show anything....stands outside to smoke while you look inside by yourself.
wouldn't recommend living here not unless you need a place to live that doesn't require good credit.
