Everyone is assigned two parking spots. It is on a hill, so it is bad in the winter. If you are on the first floor apartment, you can hear EVERYTHING from the people above you. If they have kids above you and run from one end of the apartment to the other, everything in your apartment shakes!!!! I could hear the guy above me snoring at 5 AM! The maintenance guys are really nice and, if you have something to fix, they come right away. This place is heavily Hispanic and Indian. The grounds are NOT kept up and there is always garbage all over the place.

EVERYTHING is an understatement! I have several children living above me and is unbearable. Forget running, they skateboard across the hardwood floors, and when they jump the whole apartment shakes. Its rather disappointing as the unit is very large and beautiful. I too am tired by the garbage and belongings left around.
