No upkeep, unresponsive management, thefts from apartment without forced entry. Neighbors are unruly. No amenities to speak of for the "comparable" pricing, and I have been told by 5 previous tenants that no-one gets a return of their security deposit, which is kept in a business checking account. When I first moved in people were friendly, now ... don't move in unless you are columbian, as discrimination runs high here for children.

I lived in this apartment complex last year and maintenance got things done very quickly. Everyone was nice and I felt safe in the complex. My Neighbors were genuinely friendly and I did get my security deposit returned without any deductions, plus interest. The only possible complaints I could generate for this complex was the lack of air conditioning for summer and sometimes people would take your assigned parking space which got annoying at times. Other than that, shopping (both grocery and mall) were very close and it was convenient to route 46, 80, and 287.
