i was also a tenant of these over priced, run down, out dated boxes they call apartments.The on site management is horrendus,un responsive isnt even the word!!!! how about non existant. laundry facilities dont even work half the time and when they do your lucky to find a dryer that takes less then 2 hrs to dry a load of laundry.. the other tenants are rude,noisy,dirty and its a struggle to keep the roaches from crawling through the walls from your infested dirtbag neighbors. complaints go unheard by managment and to tell you the truth i dont even think they care. but pay the rent late and you'll hear from them...thats about the only time..take it from me you dont want to live hear..dont even think about it..just live in your car if you have to..atleast you'll have heat that works.
