The apartments are not that bad for the only exception of a noisy community. Many times there are children screaming, inadequate parking spots taken, and loud neighbors. The children just kept growing from the past five years and parents leave them running through the streets. Maintenance is quite responsive and gets things done except there aren't enough of them. Its has nice landscaping but with all the kids running around the grass gets destroyed. The person who leases needs to think twice about who he is leasing to.
