Not recommended - Everyone is assigned two parking spots. It is on a hill, so it is bad in the winter. If you are on the first floor apartment, you can hear EVERYTHING from the people above you. If they have kids above you and run from one end of the apartment to the other, everything in your apartment shakes!!!! I could hear the guy above me snoring at 5 AM! Not recommended - Everyone is assigned two parking spots. It is on a hill, so it is bad in the winter. If you are on the first floor apartment, you can hear EVERYTHING from the people above you. If they have kids above you and run from one end of the apartment to the other, everything in your apartment shakes!!!! I could hear the guy above me snoring at 5 AM! Very Nice. Nice place and location. 5 minutes away from everything including shopping, school, and food. Its on a hill so you don't ever have to worry about flooding. Management is responsive and very peaceful living.

A really bad place to live. No upkeep, unresponsive management, thefts from apartment without forced entry. Neighbors are unruly. No amenities to speak of for the "comparable" pricing, and I have been told by 5 previous tenants that no-one gets a return of their security
