My move in day was a Friday. I signed my lease and got the keys late Friday afternoon. The rental office here is closed on Saturday and Sunday. After I recieved my apartment keys I drove to my apartment. As soon as I opened the door I saw Big red stains on the carpet in the living room, 6 or 7 quarter size burn holes in the carpet in the living room and the dining room. Walking furthur in I went into the bathroom and noticed that they NEVER REPLACED MY TOILET SEAT! Which by law must be changed after EVERY resident. I also noticed that I have so much rust inside of my dishwasher. As it started to get dark I noticed that the whole community is not lit up at night. I also didn't have a light bulb in the light fixture right outside of my entry door. Granted, I shouldv'e requested a walk through before signing my lease, but I didn't know that I would be walking into a disaster. The office woman named ------ screamed at me when I called her first thing on Monday about the problems in my apartment. She even told me that it wasn't me on the phone. I lived at this apartment complex for a total of 4 years and in 3 different apartments around the location. I have never experienced any of the things this individual states. The apartments have always been in good repair, and only once did I have to called more than once to get a problem fixed. The reason for the delay was that the entire complex was suffering from the issue, and it took a little time for them to repair every single roof. They didn't just focus on the complaints, but fixed all the roofs. ------ has always been great to me, the grounds are always kept nice and clean, and the noise is non-existent. I understand some of the ratings this person placed due to their initial experience, but rating parking everything as a one is going overboard. Parking was never an issue for me or anyone who visited me, Maintenance was always over within minutes of my calls, no one has ever been attacked on the properties, and the lights this person claims to not exist are attached to your doorway and you control whether they are on or off, not the complex. I would take this review with a grain of salt as I know many people who have loved this apartment complex, and I ask you take a look at this location before believing this questionable story.

------ is a known drug (marijuana) user (even on the property) I am not surprised she freaked out on your. you can smell it and see it in her eyes. keep at it.. they have responsiblities by law and are not used to dealing with people who are not ignorant of their rights...

I have lived here in Presidential Court for almost 22 years, it has had it's up's and downs but mostly ups.....It is a nice place to live and the address you posted is wrong it is 918 not 800. Also the Manager and staff are great and help when you need it and stay on top of things . It is nice to live here.....IMO

I was going to come back to Presidential, but when I talked to the "new" manager in the office, I ran for the hills. She is arrogant and has a major crush on herself. The old manager and maintenance staff was so nice, they listened to your problems in the apartment and took care of them fast. Sorry to say this, but, GET THE OLD MANAGER BACK. The place also looks ratty since she is gone, so, I don't think I will be going back there.
