Only nice thing i can say is that it is a good area and the apts have high ceilings...other than that maintenace is horrible.. multiple trips for the same problem over and over.. they would just botch up the problem and give it a quick fix.. 2 months later it happened again... they have a bad problem with the piping that in the 2 years they could never get fixed.. the tenants they had got progressively worse.. theyre obviously lacking in backround checks.. someone in the building got robbed.. parking is a nightmire.. its by a school and all the streets around have a day when you cant park... the owners of the properties are not customer friendly.. they have a lack of communication within the group... with my deposit they tried everyway possible to deduct from it... the super in the building did keep everything pretty clean and whenever you had a problem it was better to go to him then to call the property managers because they were incompetent
