	My experience at Berkeley Arms was a positive one. The super is available at all times and keeps the building in immaculate condition. The repairs are always done on a timely basis. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and commuting ... more

	Overpriced for very few amentities. Older residents. Had to pay for laundry, no parking, paid way too much for a single room apartment.
