Nice and clean and in a good, quiet neighborhood. One assigned parking space with plenty of visitor parking. Plenty of closet space and the one bedroom is a nice size. The entire apartment is spacious and seems to be just the right size. Management is above average and the grounds are kept quite well. As the previous reviewer stated, the laundry facilities are a bit inadequate. Only 2 rooms which have 4 washers and 4 dryers in each room. It's really not that much of an issue for me since I'm home from work by 6:00 and so far never had to wait. The only gripe I have about my apartment is the fact that I can hear everything coming from my downstairs neighbor (TV, walking, openingclosing closets, and even snoaring at night sometimes). Maybe it's because he has all hard wood floors and no carpeting. Other than that the apartment is nice.
