I've lived in the same apartment for almost 2 years and have no complaints. There has always been enough parking and the manager is on-site and quick to respond to an needs. Neighbors aren't loud and the area is safe and convenient to Rt. 80, 4, 17, and the GSP. Kitchens and bathrooms could use redone and upgraded. Laundry rooms are small but there is other laundry nearby if you hate to wait 15 minutes. Overall great place to live and a SAFE place to live.

I just recently went to look at Cloverdale Apts. and loved them! My only concern is that all utilities are electric and I have heard that electric is much more expensive than gas. On average how much would you say a utility bill is a month?
