First off when you begin as a prospective leaser here the office lady is all nice to you. Once you're in, she's really nasty to you if you ever try to contact her for anything.

I've been living here for about 3 months. The neighbors are OK...one has MS or HS kids that are really loud sometimes. But of course its dependent where you are. Living on the first floor I can start to hear the floors creaking from the upstairs neighbors more and more since I've been here.

On-site maintenance is EXCELLENT. Had a problem with my sink clogging up on a Sat. night at 10pm and the guy stayed till nearly midnight to get it fixed. They won't hang you out to dry hence the 24hr on site management.

I have 2 cars...you get one assigned spot and there is ample spots to park your other car if needed.

Hasn't snowed much here yet but when there was an inch or two on the ground the maintenance crews were all over it.

All in all a decent place...utilities are all included and the newly furnished rooms are really nice with new appliances and cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom.

15min from the GW bridge and minutes away from Rt. 80. All in all I'd recommend it.
