I've been living here since 2001, it's really not that noisey at all. I have been lucky so far and have had quiet neighbors. The service crew is fast IMO, they come over quickly and fix what needs to be fixed.

The manager girl Jennifer, I have to agree with everyone else on this one. I guess she just has the snot attitude programed into her. She does seem to get mad if you have a question or call her for something, but then again who knows there are alot of stupid people calling for all kinds of dumb things I guess. But still she should act more professional with people who pay rent.

Snow removal, I feel sorry for these guys who work here. They bust thier asses to remove snow. And if there is alot of snow they are removing it all day and night.

Older apartment, I moved in with really old carpet. I lived here for 5 years and they told me they would replace it. The carpet should have been replaced when I moved into my apartment. It looked like it was over 10 years old. Anyway they got a carpet guy in and replaced it with no problems ( 5 years later ). I belive if you live here for 3 years you get your place painted, that was like pulling teeth. Basicly I tried to getin touch with the main office in Clifton NJ and they gave me a bit of a runaround. The following year I tried again but did it smarter this time, I told him to just leave a message on my voice mail when the painters are comming. I got my place painted.

One other beef I do have and it's not the apartments fault is that the road that the apartment is on is sort of a long straightaway. I'm sure the speed limit is 15mph or maybe 25mph tops. But I do see people doing 40 or even over 40 down the street. I do fear that someone might get killed one day. I notice one of my neighbors who comes home late at night flys down the street and makes a sharp left turn, tires screeching and basicly car on 2 wheels. Like I said this is not the apartments fault. But I guess they could install speed bumps to slow jerks like this down. Also the police do patrol the complex, this guys is just lucky he never got caught as of yet.
