Pros:
Excellent Maintenance Staff
Quaint place to live and is reasonably safe.
Easy access to I-80, Route 4 and 17

Cons: ( Wow..this is going to take a while)
1.The worst possible on-site leasing office lady. Very unprofessional and rude and it is almost impossible to have a conversation with her unless you are signing a new lease.
2. Thin walls, creaking floors.
3. Rodents ( I trapped 5 mice in my apartment in a year), roaches and the occasional silverfish.
4. Very less ventilation, none in the bathroom unless you open the window.
5. Leasing office lady.. I know I mentioned it but she really is that bad.

I completely concur with this review as I was with them a couple yrs ago...yet some people here said I was gross and dirty because I reported silverfish and saw mice running through the place. Thankfully someone else is here that concurs. Especially the leasing office lady...what a bit#$

Thanks for your reply. I just gave them the mandatory 45 days notice and fended off the bs saying that I was liable till the end of month. Yeah, the rodents are a menace.. my wife is a germaphobe and keeps the place spotless and she just went ballistic with them
