Years at this apartment: 1993 - 2005
Large apartments. Used to be a wonderful place to live full of nice people/nice families. Now Vandalism, Car Break-in/"Petty" Thefts abound. Garbage is strewn every where -- the waste bins are too small and the sanitation trucks come too infrequently. The laundry rooms are noisy disruptive gang hangouts by day and public restrooms by night (broken locks are never repaired).
It's also very noisy as the mostly one-bedroom apts (very few 2-bedroom ones exist here) are overflowing with single parents and kids, kids, kids!
