I have lived in Skytop Gardens all of my life, and when I got married moved to my own apartment in this complex. Skytop Gardens is clean, well maintained, and safe. I have never had any problems with the staff and my needs have always been met. The apartments are very large and the outside areas are landscaped nicely.
In response to other comments, Skytop Gardens has a very diverse age range and I have never seen "kids" everywhere. I have also seen no garbage problems. The laundy services have recently been updated, so I see no problems there. Overall, this a great complex to live in and I would recommend to anyone!
