I have lived in Skytop Gardens apartment complex for many years now. I have never had any problems with the office staff and maintanence department. The neighbors are friendly and always plesant. I have never had any problems with kids and noise and I live right near the bus stop. I don't have to worry about calling a locksmith if I get locked out, becuase of there 24 on call super. The parking is okay, as much as can be expexted for an apartment complex. Other places have designated numbered parking spots and vistors have to park far out on to the main street. It is a good place for children, due to the school bus stops and the fact that there are not major roads to cross with crossing guards. The apartments and cozy and warm. I have never had major problems and the rent is reasonable for all that is provided. Sayreville is a growing town and it is nice to have a place to live that still is quiet and peaceful to come home to.
