You Have Got To Be Kidding Me! Yuck!

Looking at apartments this drizzly cold Saturday in February, there they were: the nastiest/noisiest group of kids blockading the entrance to the courtyard between building 21-22 at 9:30 in the morning. Some poor woman was shouted away from the laundry room by foul language I could hear from inside my car with the radio on and the windows closed. A driver who was obviously trying to drive through to park near his own apartment got the "finger" and obscene remarks. No wonder there are so many vacant apartments to choose from. I didn't even bother to get out of my car to get a closer look. At the prices they are charging, there are apartment complexes nearby: Crestview, London Terrace, Nieuw Amsterdam, Parkwood and others. Their rents start at $50 to $70 less a month.

If there was that much of a problem with these "kids" someone should have called the place or the office (who mind you has a 24 hour superintendent) The woman in the laundry room, who is a tenant has the right to be upset regarding the situation with the kids but that in no way reflects on the apartment complex. The kids are not the renters in this apartment complex and have no legal rights if they are under the age of 18 and that is reflected on bad parenting. Again, the driver, who is a tennent, has the right to be upset and complain to the office or call the Police Department. Unless you are the manager or tenant in disguise, I do not understand how you, an interested apartment seeker, would know how many unoccupied apartment are available. The other question is, what were you getting out of your car to look at? The Main Office is not near those buildings and a Manager, Staff member, or Superintendent would have to go with you for you to look at an apartment (no apartment complex anywhere lets people off the street go by themselves to look at apartments, that is why there is a model one). London Terrace is worse than anything, stabbings, shootings, drugs, loud parties, you name. (I know someone who lives near there and is a high school student and tells me things that go in there). NEW Amsterdam is okay but the maintenance staff does not check into repairs (my high school friend and her father live there, I know from being in there apartment).

um, sorry to burst your bubble, Private017, but um, Old Bridge does not have any reason to be in Skytop. Sayreville Police do, I know know at least 20 people on that force that state that Skytop is one of the best in Sayreville. What are you taking about parents and kids graduating high school? You need to learn what you are taking about before you post stupid comments and make a total ass out of your self.
