Years at this apartment: 1993 - 2006
 
Just as my title states, never any issues. I have lived here for many years and never had any issues as there other posers seem to state. Nice place, quiet and everyone is friendly. I have great neighboors both next door, upstairs and across the street. Never any problems with noise or kids. I hope anyone that lives her enjoys it just like i have.
